Not fair away from Palma's Cathedral and the Councils square. in the historycal center of the city, the Chopin restaurant is known to be one of Palma's most exclusive and elegant restaurants.

The kitchen is composed of local and fresh products, mainly seasonal ones. Here you are sure to have the best quality food, and I know for sure that its swedish owner will easily give back a provider its products if he really does not think they worth for his restaurant.

French and international cuisine, served by experienced and professional waiters, on the A la Carte menu you will find dishes as the "Salad with warm goose liver", " Raviolis of turbot and prawns with ginger-lemongras sauce", "Breaded veal escalope Wienerschnitzel with potato salad" or "Fillet of john dory with clams, tomatoes, basil and steamed potatoes". When the weather allows it, they open the inside terrace which is really pleasant.

A nice lunch or dinner here could be quite expensive. But if you are not likely to spend about a hundred for each of you, you can also go and have their daily menu which is around 18 Euro (please note that this not include the drinks, so your bill will go up).
