XXII Mallorcan Cuisine Fair

Every year around these dates, Mallorca celebrates its Mallorcan Cooking Fair, know as the Mostra de Cuina Mallorquina at the IFEBAL Palace.

Celebrating this year its XXII Edition, the Mallorca Cuisine (cooking) fair will beheld from te 8^{th and unti the 17}th^of March at the Palacio de Fires i Congressos, most know as IFEBAL.

Starting from 12 am and untill late night, the most well known restaurants and chefs of the island will delight visitors with their specialities of Mallorca cuisine. The most innovative chefs will meet here the traditional ones in a fair that has been celebrated for over 22 years.

There is fee to pay in the entrance which includes some basic tasting (worth it), and then other small dishes are served by request at your own choice, so you can have a wide vision of the overall food served all around the island.

Mallorcan wines have also their place on the fair, and you are welcome to (you should) to give the a try.
