If there is something everybody asks is "what's the weather like during...?". I have answered this question many and many times by both email and phone at work.
Usually, people don't bother to ask how it will be during summer, but when it comes to weather in Christmas time or the winter months they ask a lot more.
And that's pretty normal as no one is like to spend their holidays in Mallorca (Majorca) if it's even colder than in their countries.
So now, just a quick update to those wondering what is the weather like in Christmas in Mallorca (Majorca): usually it's sunny, but slightly cold during the evening. The maximum temperature during December is around 16ºC - 17ºC and the minimum 6ºC - 7ºC, being the average 11ºC - 12ºC. Does it rain? Not usually. But if you are likely to know more detailed information you can also check the Mallorca (Majorca) Monthly Temperatures chart which shows the temperatures for the whole year.
But now, just see by yourself what does it look at December the 23rd 2005:
Outside temperature, but under the shade: 23ºC (73.4 degrees Fahrenheit). Right now (15:00) it is a bit more sunny, but I hope you get the idea.
It will be colder during the nights and you will need to wear a jacket, but as you can see it's pretty god for the time of the year.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from a sunny Mallorca!
