Bar Bosch

Bar Bosch is "the bar". Meeting point for mallorcan people and one of the oldest in the city, here you can seat and be strategically placed to see the world go by.

Once frequented by the local intellectuals this place is famous in the city for several reasons. The "llagostes" (langouste) they serve here are not of the sea, but delicious hot sandwiches. On the terrace, dozens of urbanites and tourists try to catch 10 minutes of sun on their jobs morning break or while shopping.

If you are accommodated somewhere near Plaza Juan Carlos I, where Bar Bosch is, this is a nice spot to read the newspaper while having breakfast.

Inside the bar is more familiar and noisy. Non smoking people should keep away from enter here.

Open until late at night, it is also the place for a having drink before dinner and meet friends. Funny enough, next to the this terrace you will see many young people at Mc Donald's, as they do also have a terrace here.

Tip: there is a bar next door that also has his terrace on the square, and is really easy to get confused. Be sure you seat at the Bar Bosch ones.
